Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. To start a return, contact us at info@aranssales.com with your order number and reason for return. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
